Perfect for the morning after closing. A small 2 oz bag of coffee and a wooden coffee scoop will help them make the first pot in the new house. Soap for the first shower and a kitchen towel for the first spill. So useful, and easy to hand over with the keys. Card is blank on the inside for personalization.
